Women's Authentic Movement openings in January!

Happy Holidays!

Our Authentic Movement group, now in its third year, will be opening its arms to welcome new members starting January 19!

We meet two evenings per month (first and third Wednesday) from 7-9pm, and sessions are $40 each. As it is an on-going group, I ask new members to make an initial commitment to twelve sessions. Consistency is important for both the group and for your own healing process. No experience is necessary; this group holds a wide range of ages and experience, with the underlying foundation of compassion (it works!).
