Guest guest
Does anyone have ChampVA insurance? We have BlueCross and Seth also has Medicaid. I was wondering if Champ is good enough that we could cancel our BlueCross. I've never used Champ yet. Just haven't had the time to read all the forms, but we all have the cards. Thanks, Gail :-)
Guest guest
Sara, what if all the insurances are under the same person? ChampVA is for a 100% disabled veteran's family. Not the actual veteran. My dh has to go to a military hospital for any medical problems. (which he refuses to do) They don't even cover all of his medications, to the tune of over $200 a month that's uncovered. Sure wish we could get into another program. Yep, I agree....Gainsville is big and busy! I'll have to check out Dahlonega next time I'm in Georgia. Thanks, Gail :-) My understanding of the insurance end is this: Bill the first birthdate in the year of the parent first, then the second parent, then Medicaide. In our state Mediaide is last payer. I deliberately did not take insurance from my job because Tricare pays first then Medicaide. Don't need to pay for extra insurance. ChampVA I thought was just for active duty although it is paid thru the same company as Tricare depending on the region in which one is stationed or lives. Gainesville, GA - didn't like it. Too big and busy and too low - not high enough in them thar hills!!! I think we will settle near or in Dahlonega.

Guest guest
But Cyndi, you have to be potty trained because just had another accident on top of the other spot he decorated a few days ago. I poured about an entire bottle of vinegar on it and then did the carpet cleaner. I quit! So, bottom line, I'll adopt you but no accidents!
