Guest guest
Doing an internal med doc. 1. Recent upper GI showed abnormal *s/l peristalsis* and moderate reflux. 2. CHEST X-RAY: PA and lateral views of the chest show normal heart size. There is a *curve and linear capacity* in the lower right lung, question atelectasis, it is new from the August 10th, 1999 film. Have not heard either of these before, any help is appreciated! TIA Kellie )
Guest guest
Kellie, Peristalsis is correct, per Dorland's the movement by which tubular organs propel their contents, in other words the movement of food through the esophagus into the stomach. I am not sure about the second, possibly curvilinear opacity? MG
