Hey, thanks for the info on the service dog sight. Am interested. See if I

can get the husband to agree with it. And then there's the thing of having to

pick up poop from yet another being. : (

LOL Yeah a! If they only made poopless dogs huh? LOL We can't have a

dog because of Seth's pica.

LOL a. We never pick up Muggsie's poop. He goes in the same spot in

the backyard...we call it fertilizer....;-) He's a medium sized dog who

is a fabulous watch dog (barks every single time the back door opens, which

is very helpful living with Miss Houdini!!! And he's so great with

Maddie.....we do our best to keep her from torturing him (her new thing is she

thinks

she can ride him). The best part is he was SUPER cheap...he's a mutt!!!!

He's getting old now...he's 9.

Laurie, service dogs are supposedly good for kids with autism (or DS or both,

like our kids) in keeping them from taking off. Very helpful with our

wanderers.
