Is it fishy smelling? Just wondering because Seth's always is in the

morning, and he eats NOTHING close to fish. LOL

Must be another one of those things they have in common...'s

morning breath is nasty...it always reminded me of bad chicken...and

he doesn't eat anything by mouth! LOL Maybe it's a metabolic thing.

Breathe is part of the ASD as well? I've always wondered about

Tristan's " strange " smelling breathe.

Don't think so. Maddie has sweet breathe...still like a baby's. That is

unless her pica has interfered before we get to her...uh hem!!!!!!

Colleen, pica is a condition where you obsess and eat inappropriate things.

You can find it in a dictionary and it will say that while rare, a pregnant

woman hugely deficient in iron might get the condition. But it is very

prevalent in the autism world. Kids pick their poison. Seth eats a lot of

things like plaster and dirt, but has the same obsession Miss Maddie has (er,

Poop). Maddie's other HUGE obsession is soap and candles. She goes on soap

hunts all the time; we have to lock up our soap. It's not enough to just

mouth inappropriate things....in order to actually have pica, you have to

ingest.
