,I am interested in applying for this position but have some questions about the application process and paperwork. In the questionnaire portion I am unsure of whether I need a OPM Form 1203-FX, or where to find it. I also do not understand what the application questions referring to the lowest grade,test location, service computation date transition assistance plan, etc. Please let me know if you can answer any of these questions.
