Guest guest
I asked for one of those machines for Christmas last year but no one bought me one LOL I plan on getting one, just not sure when. My college textbooks are KILLING me this semester. One class is $150, and I have 4 classes (I work fulltime and take classes at night or on the Internet). I remember the highest my blood pressure has ever been (well, ever been documented) was 186/128. And trust me, I was real hot and red all over, I was pissed off (excuse my language), I was shaking, and I was crying. I called the doc because I had never felt that way before, and he told me to come in right away. That's the beginning of my road to IgAN diagnosis. So it affected me with it being that high. > Hi again Teri. > > I don't mean to sound like a know-it-all, but I've had so much experience > with my own blood pressure problems for so many years now... > > Anyway, if your BP is otherwise normal, I doubt very much that running would > increase your BP to abnormal levels.
