However, it's not surprising, as most of the recent "expert panel" "discussions" (if you can even call them that) have been very lopsided, with nary a soul who would speak for the "other side". There has been no other side present at these bogus panel discussions.trophyfish2 wrote: Now this is bullshit, not a single person from our side on 2nd panel, that seems about right. A second vaccine panel to follow is called, "Vaccine Compensation Under the Act: A Mix of Science and Policy?," and moderated by Senior Judge Loren A. , who was the Chief Judge when the Vaccine Program first began at the court in 1988. The panelists here are Conway, a family attorney since the Vaccine Court program's inception; Randolph Moss, a partner at WilmerHale, which represents vaccine manufacturers; Dr. Offit, Chief of Infectious Diseases at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and co-inventor of the rotavirus vaccine, RotaTeq; Marguerite Wilner, former Vice-Chair of the CDC's Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines; and Ruth J. Katz, Dean of the School of Public Health at The Washington University.

Not even a scientist from the vaccine industry but a *lawyer*. Gee, I

wonder what they're going to decide?

So, why WAS the OTHER panel cancelled? Was it likely to be too controversial, too close to uncovering some unsavory truths??? The panel that remains will not even likely discuss many of the issues the OTHER panel would have delved into. However, is there no other way for this OTHER panel to convene (i.e., the one DK was to be part of) in another venue, if the original venue has been cancelled??? Just because a certain group does not think this panel will be of value to their (perhaps dubious) purpose, does not mean that it is purposeless! Why cannot the panel discussion with DK and Arthur and others not take place anyway, elsewhere?? Just wondering, AasaSophia wrote: I see him often. Almost daily in fact. As i said the other day I think should have his panel, perhaps

on the Imus show!!!!! Since they are being so disingenuos, not wanting

certain thins to come out[like the fact the mercury, alum, and yeast in

hep-B damages mito] perhaps this should take place in a public forum.

Call it behavior mod for gvt . - In EOHarm , Sophia
