I understand that doctors cannot be held liable for adverse reactions

to vaccines, but can they be held liable for not following the

manufacturer's warnings, precautions, and contraindications?

Thanks! (I live in NH)

Yes, if the package insert says, for example, do not give this vaccine under x,

y, or z conditions and it is given anyway, the physician can be held liable.

You know - this could be a BRILLIANT way to get the doctors to come

around. Vaccine manufacturers are protected from liability, but I

don't think doctors are. If doctors were sued en masse, I bet they'd

sing a different tune...

I asked a lawyer " friend " this very question the other day after

reading my son's medical records where it states several times that

he was sick the day he got his vaccines. Hmmmm...

You are not alone. My dd was ill almost every time, complete

with sinus congestion/run, bloody rash and diarrhea…It is IN THE NOTES for each

visit, along wih the vaccine lot info… L

Maybe sueing the doctorswill finally make them do their own

research and break free from AAP-think…
