Having moved from Southern CA to northern CA by the sea my sinuses are acting up differently. So, I've been taking Nyquil capsules when it's real bad for night. It does help me sleep. Now, it's been helping me a lot but I just went to the doctor for the first time and she's one of those who 'doesn't believe' if you know what I mean. I told her that I'm doctor shopping and want a doctor who is educated and up on the newest information on Fibromyalgia. She said I might want to find another doctor. Yep. I'm going to go shopping on the net for the latest medical information to bring in to her the next time. Sure can't hurt to offer the doctor some education. Guest guest
Guaifenisen is an expectorant. It helps get mucus out of the body. That is one issue we deal with in Fibromyalgia. If you address only one problem of FMS it will take you a long time to get relief. A combination treatment that uses Guaifenesin, but addresses all aspects of Fibromyalgia, is described on www.FibroFix.com It is an all free site. Nothing for sale. No testimonials - it's confidential. No for-profit links. No donations accepted. After 117,000 " hits " and now thousands of people using the FibroFix method, I have no hesitation saying that it is The Most Effective Treatment in the World for Fibromyalgia Symptoms. The site is Public Domain - that means we made sure you will always be able to share it, email it or whatever without having to pay for it. No one can copyright it and make you pay to get it. Help by email or phone is also free. Contact information is on the left side of the front page. If you need to phone and can't afford to call, have someone let me know. I'll phone you. There is a lot of money being made off of Fibromyalgia and some people who want to keep it that way. We've been sharing this for 7 years, against some real obstacles. Please help us get this free information and help to all who need it. I developed the treatment method for my own extremely severe Fibro, was the first person to use it, and host the site. It was the first site to list all known symptoms of FMS, and tells almost all we know about Symptoms, Testing, Diagnosis, Treatment, and Tricks and Tips. It lists 40+ Discoveries about FMS, CFS and RLS. Most importantly, it tells how to reverse the symptoms of FMS and get your life back. Guest guest
Well, I found this to be very fascinating and am going to go out and buy some of what I need, I already have a little of it. Getting my doctor on board will be a whole different story. But, this is all so logical I love it. It make sense. I've been gently massaging some of my tender spots lately . I wonder if that will help at all, you know the acupressure thing. Thank you so much for this site! Hugs, Jane ************************************** Guaifenisen is an expectorant. Guest guest
Sorry, but I think you are just plain wrong. You don't cough syrup your way out of fibromyalgia. I went to Dr. St. Amand before anyone knew who he was. He misdiagnosed and mistreated and when I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia by another rheumatologist, St. Amand didn't even know what it was. Now, not only can he cure it. He says he has it too. Back is 1974, he told me I had a kind of arthritis and that he had it too and, yes, he had discovered a cure. Six years of treatment later, I was in such agony that I went to another doctor, who was appalled at St. Amand's handout he had given me. I will NEVER forgive him for the pain I went through for six years. By the way, I am pain free most of the time now, without robitussin or going without deodorant. Guest guest
We aren't using cough syrup. There's no monastic diet. This is not the same method. You don't have to feel bad first to get better. This is quick. Like turning on a faucet. As soon as you get things balanced for your version and severity. If I wasn't living it myself and hadn't helped thousands of people do the same, I probably wouldn't believe it either. But please don't let what others did keep you from getting the help you need and rightly deserve. For FREE. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain, Joanne. Read every word of www.FibroFix.com You can phone my personal cell phone number ANY TIME. you have any questions. If you stick your head in the sand all you are going to get is dirty ears. Guest guest
It's not a cure. I still have it, just don't have to experience the symptoms. www.FibroFix.com tells how to test for it, how to tell which version you have, and what to do. There is nothing for sale. I got to be the first one, and am doing everything I can to reach others with this information. If you want, phone me and I'll ask you a few questions and answer yours. That's just quicker than reading it. We ask nothing in return. Anne Hillebrand Orlando, FL annehillebrand@... Guest guest
Well, good, I'm happy. My fibro is gone and has been for about 8 years, so I just keep doing what I'm doing. I suffered for about 25 years before that, though, so I'm glad when other people get well. Joanne --- Anne Hillebrand wrote: > We aren't using cough syrup. > > There's no monastic diet. Guest guest
Fibro, me and a new doctor I found what you said to be interesting, I may go check out that site. Having moved from Southern CA to northern CA by the sea my sinuses are acting up differently. So, I've been taking Nyquil capsules when it's real bad for night. It does help me sleep. Sleep is really nice! My previous doctor of 20 years (boy do I miss him) had mentioned that some Fibro sufferers have found help from (I forget the name) cold medicines that have that something in it. He wrote it down for my and I tried it a little at the time. I did get most of the meds I need and I talked to my husband at work.I cried in frustration. Nothing worse for a Fibro person to have to go through than trying to find a doctor that knows Fibro is real. Okay, I'm done with my vent.I need to get this all out of me so that it doesn't get me down. Take care all, Jane ******************************* I came across this website-FibroFix.com.I am not sure about using decongestion. You can check it out and see if it makes any sense. Guest guest
Funny how the truth always makes sense. Sassy Belle dog and I will keep our dancing shoes on. We've done the little happy dance around the office quite a bit lately, for people who " cross over " into no pain.
