My good artist friend, ,

has moved to Chicago. She would like to sublet her (unfurnished) sunny, 5th

floor studio apartment in Flushing (at 36-40 Bown St.) for one year starting September

1st. It’s a lovely, top-notch elevator building across from a

park, and a short walk to the #7 train. Convenient to shops, restaurants, etc…

The rent is $1200. Likely possibility to have your own lease after sublet is

over…
