Guest guest
Hi Marit! Welcome to the group! My name is Tacia and my daughter Olivia is a little over one year old (her birthday was St. 's Day). She was diagnosed with MDS at birth. We are so grateful that she did not have any physical issues, i.e. heart or hearing. We have seen some developmental delays, but she sees an OT and an EI every week and is coming along fabulously! She is crawling and wants to walk so badly (still no teeth however!) How old is your son? How is he doing? This is a great group and I have learned so much from all of the mom's and dad's here. I hope you and your son and family are doing well! Tacia

Guest guest
Hi, Thanks for posting the welcome! My daughter Lily was just diagnosed with Mosaic Down Syndrome about 3 weeks ago now (she is 5 months old). We have gone through the initial appointments with the geneticist, the cardiologist, the opthamologist, etc. and she will have her EI evaluation in a few weeks. Lily has a twin brother and an almost 3-yr old brother as well. We are located in land. Thanks! > > Hi everyone, > > Please join me in welcoming a new family. Guest guest
,  My name is  and our 14 month old son was recently diagnosed with MDS also. We don't know a whole lot about the condition yet, but this group of ladies has been an invaluable source of information and support for me! I'm a young mom also (24), and I am full of questions, and these moms are full of answers. So glad you decided to join us!
