Clearing the Heart Chakra – Opening Pathways for Love

Clearing the heart chakra from past experiences that have left an energetic residue in your heart opens pathways to forgiveness and healing. Use the breath to release old wounds and disappointments and allow new love to enter and/or deepen existing relationships.

Location: NY Theater Lab, 137 West 14th Street, Studio C, NY 10011

(Between 6th and 7th Ave)

Fee: $25.00

The breathing is done lying down on the floor, so bring yoga mat, bottle of water, notepad, pen and Eye pillow, if you wish. Wear comfortable clothes. Please arrive 15 minutes early (11:00am) to allow time for group set up. Group will start promptly at 11:15am and end at 1:00pm.
