This patient with numerous musculoskeletal problems that included a left

hand prosthesis in 1960 due to work injury, **anectomy** in 1950, back

surgery in 1997, left shoulder surgery in 1993 for rotator cuff injury and

also history of fall in 1999 injuring his left shoulder was seen for a

follow-up.

This is the only reference to this in the document. Any ideas what it might

be?
