The pt is a 50-yo female, status post lumpectomy, sentinel node biopsy and

limited axillary node dissection for ductal carcinoma of the left breast. The

pt still complains of some pain in her breast and has experienced 1-2 days of

mild left arm edema.

Under the MEDS, the doc lists only ____ s/l (very clearly) Hydrocodone p.r.n.

for arm and breast pain (she is taking about 2 per day), and a water pill.

Hydrocodone, as I know it, is an antitussive. Any ideas on what else this could

be?? Doc, as mentioned, was unusually clear but stumped me here.

Thank you,

Shel
