Guest guest
What is this healthy coffee? In a message dated 10/17/2008 10:25:35 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time, sossada2005@... writes: Adding more information. The nureologist, who order the MRI in 2006 and when getting the results of my MRI he said that I had Fibroymalagia, which was re confirmed as I hurt so bad getting on the table for the open MRI and had to be helped and he consulted with my primary care doctor. Sorry for the spelling in my first entry. The first part of this year I felt like a new person almost pain free except for the DDD and middle back pain until May and I messed up my lower back area from the waist down at work lifting. As lifting and bending and overdoing does not help Fibromyalgia but this was different. The pain came on suddenly as I left work that evening and sat down in my car I imediately was in pain from the waist down and stayed that way for almost 3 months. I was going through old paperwork and picked up my paper reports and noticed on the second page of my 2006 MRI reports that I had a Tarlov Cyst in the spinal canal at level s2 in my sacrum. I did not know what that was because the nureologist did not speak of it only the DDD which was progressing and causing pain along with a cyst on my right kidney which was normal. This was a month after I starting hurting after leaving to go home from work the day I lifted to much. Tarlov Cysts are rare I found out and symtematic ones are very painfull and I was having all the signs of one that had filled with spinal fluid. I cantacted this site on the internet and found out all I could because I knew I was in trouble and pain beyond Fibromyalgia. I had another MRI done in July and I going to send both 2006 and 2008 MRI cd's to a doctor in another state who does surgery and treats these cysts to get his opinion soon. I had run out of my healthy coffee 2 times since May and had just ran out of it when Hurricane Ike hit our area and for a little over 3 week was not able to get it by mail and I called the customer that had first started me on the healthy coffee and she had an extra box and the distributer was out. By the time I got the box of healthy coffee I was having pain again as every time I ran out of the coffee it was 2 to 3 weeks after that the Fibromyalgia pain would start up but only minimal not as bad as before I starting drinking the healthy coffee. I have been drinking it again for a week now and the Fibromyalgia pain is easing up more everyday. I still take 3 actaminophen and 1 81mg aspirin and sometimes over the counter Naproxen every day for the DDD and arthritis (this does not help the Fibromyalgia) or I could not stand it I also rub down my spine and sacrum/hip area with Icey hot or a muscle rub my new perfume of the day. To sum it all up the healthy coffee is maybe not a cure yet or could be if I am on it long enough for Fibromyalgia but I will not stop drinking this healthy coffee because it helps me feel like a almost normal person and without the pain from Fibromayalgia and also for some unknown reason has lessened the pain form the Tarlov Cyst that has made me limp and caused my sciatic nerve to get mean on my left hip and down to my upper leg to ease up along with not lifting too much and overdoing. I would have to say that my pain from this Tarlov Cyst problem has eased up 90 percent since May that is 5 months and being with out the healthy coffee for a little over a month and a half. The only side effect from the healthy coffee I drink is feeling better and more normal nothing else. No more prescription pain killers and lidoderm pain patches. This is how I have been dealing with Fibromyalgia and before that I was not dealing with it and everything else that was hurting in my body at all. I was miserable and my quality of life sucked. Although I am not the sping chicken I used to be but at 61 I am getting better much better. I have been living with awfull pain for 16 years and this year has been a real turn around that I can live with. Time will tell drinking this healthy coffee but so far its worked as for a cure I will see. I will keep drinking this healthy coffee everyday for I more year and then stop and see what happens if no Fibromyalgia pain after a few months does not come back then maybe its a cure and for what I have to do on my job it will surely aggrivate the Fibromyalgia if its still there. Sorry about the long post but thank you for reading it about my pain and Fibromyalgia. Sue > > I am Sue and was diagnoised in 2005 with Firbroyalgia and Naproxen as > well as flexeril was prescribed. Guest guest
Sue, What is the name of this coffee? Diane Hello all as I am new to Fibromyalgiacured Date: Sun, 12 Oct 2008 15:57:32 -0000 I am Sue and was diagnoised in 2005 with Firbroyalgia and Naproxen as well as flexeril was prescribed. Guest guest
The healthy coffee is called Gano 3 in 1 Cafe. It is an instant coffee type in a packet of 20 to a box. I heat a cup of water and pour it in and stir. I order it and it is mailed to me. It is made in Maylaysia. It is made with Ganoderma extract from the Rheshi mushroom, I hope I spelled it right. It has worked a miricle on me. I am real sensitive to a lot of medicine over the counter and prescription drugs and I am real carefull what I take. I started drinking this product using less than half a packet a day to see how I would feel and had not 1 side effect and it lasted me over a month per box. I drink about a packet a day now. I really don't know what I would do without drinking it as when I have run out of it I returned to mild Fibro pain within 3 weeks and I don't want to go back to that pain. The prescription medications I took and no longer take only helped until they wore off the same day and by the end of the day I was hurting the same. With drinking the healthy coffee daily and just a packet or less the pain is almost non exsistant. It had been a real blessing. I order it direct and the cost is much less, shipping costs almost half the price of the coffee. So when I can I order 2 boxes and its cheaper shipping costs. As I get 2 boxes for the same shipping costs for 1 box. It has worked for me. Guest guest
Hi Sue, Did you have to take the healthy coffee for a while before you felt better? I did see a website where you could get it 1/2 price after a 25.00 investment. I appeciate your sharing. > > The healthy coffee is called Gano 3 in 1 Cafe. Guest guest
Hi , I was drinking the healty coffee in April 2007 on a daily basis for about 10 months before it dawned on me that I had stopped hurting from fibromalgia. So I guess it was about 7 months as I worked the holiday season better than I had in 5 years as I had more energy to work. I was drinking the coffee for getting off caffene and controlling my cholesterol level. I joined Gano Excel for $25.00 in April this to be an affiliate and order the healthy for a cheaper price for me. The shipping price for 2 boxes is better and saves me money. Usually I don't go for this kind of thing but because of the fact that this healty coffee was turning my health around it was worth joining and we all need to save money when we can. If you decide to do this be carefull who you deal with. I recomend Gano Excel but the choice would be you're own. I don't order any of the other products listed only the Gano 3 in 1 Cafe, but they have the other cafe without the cream and sugar added which is in small amounts in the Gano 3 in 1 Cafe. On box lasts me a little over 3 weeks as I drink 1 packet in a day and a half. I only used half packet a day at first, to see how it would make me feel. I did this for 1 year and in less than that felt better. Now I do a whole pack in a day drinking 2 or three little 8oz cups. Guest guest
There is only 8.4mg of caffeine in 1 packet, I don't think that is enought to ward off a headache as I don't suffer from a lot of normal headaches usually I get migraines and have to act fast and take asprin or a mirgraine over the counter, before the migraine turns nasty after the blurred vison starts. So I cannot say that it helps headaches but real coffee and chocolate helps my headaches. As I get them as of this past year up the back of my neck and head because of other medical problems. You can do a search on line gano 3 in 1 cafe testimonials to see if there is one about headaches. Sorry I could not be of help on the headaches with what I drink. Guest guest
Hi all, I just wanted to point out on the subject of this " healthy coffee " , the ingredient that is so beneficial is Ganoderma Lucidem or Reishi Mushroom which is a chinese medicine.  I've been reading up on it and it does sound like it really has some amazing health benefits including successful treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so it may well help for Fibromyalgia.  There are several medical research studies on it & the stuff can help with ALOT of things, including asthma, allergies, immune system, nervous system, blood pressure, digestion, liver and it even has been shown to help treating cancer! Its also an alkaloid so it fits in with Annie's theories well too.  So its worth a go but it may be cheaper & more effective to try the extract or the dried mushroom rather than getting involved with the coffee franchise (which is what Gano 3 in 1 coffee is)  Just thought this may help some people! I'm going to try this product as soon as I can find a good value local supplier, but many chinese herbalist type stores do sell this if anyone else wants to try it too.  Best of luck,  Corinne x
Guest guest
Hi Corinne Thanks for you're input as I have not checked around locally for a supplier other than Gano Excel through a customer of mine. I was a bit leary to sign up to get the cheaper price but did because of the benifits of drinking the Gano 3 in 1 cafe. I like the healthy coffee very much as I have a number of problems like IBS and Barretts acid reflux a Hiatal Hernia and it does not trigger attacts of them but only food and other liquids do. I will look around locally for a supplier and check into what the have on it. Thank you for doing the homework. My dentist in April 2008 told me that the fibromyalgia effected my teeth because of the acid levels causeing them to become brittle and prone to cavities and said that this was just discoverd recently. That just about confirms it because I was told as a child by the family dentist that my teeth were brittle and it caused them to break with too much pressure. I must have had fibromyalgia since before I was a teenager under 12 years old and now I am 61 and I took good care of my teeth and it did not help at all and I now realize that I was fighting a loosing battle over 50 years ago. Thanks Sue > > Hi all, I just wanted to point out on the subject of this " healthy coffee " , the ingredient that is so beneficial is Ganoderma Lucidem or Reishi Mushroom which is a chinese medicine.
