Guest guest
Islalaner, I have great sites for recipes. If you are interested let me know and I will forward them onto you. SD -- Re: in need of help!!! islalaner, I can't help you with your questions except to say, look in the library, there are lots of good recipes, but I have a question for you. A friend of mine who does saltwater fishing in Alaska said he used a soap in Mexico that worked great in saltwater, hasn't been able to find anything like it since. Do you have any idea what that might be? Its labeled as a castille but its all coconut oil .........seems to me all that coconut oil and salt water would dry a body out. Guest guest
I know that the soap we talked about earlier on this list is called castile but made of 100% coconut oil??? Doesn't make sense since castile is 100% olive oil. Can't think of the name right off. White package. All I have read is that one should not use more then 30% of the total recipe of coconut or palm oil. Anymore and this moisturizing oil becomes drying. Beyond what I have read I can't say with certainty. SD -------Original Message------- Hi Kay! I bet 100% coconut soap is what you're looking for~ I think I read that on another list awhile back, if I find it again, I'll let you know. I'm 90% sure that's what he had!
