Guest guest Posted June 15, 2005 Report Share Posted June 15, 2005 , Please send some of your soft ocean breezes down to hot and humid Texas. Our heat index today was 105 degrees Fahrenheit. In a few days when the temperature reaches 100 degrees, it will be worse. Thanks for telling June to do her postural drainage. I just did and feel much better. I can breath better now as my sinuses also drain at the same time. They drain down into my lungs, and I cough up all the mucus as the same time. It helps breathing through my nose.
