Hello beautiful community :-)

I am grateful to be away right now doing an expressive arts movement therapy training at Kripalu this week with Dan Leven.

I am excited to share this Saturday Sept 25th we will be celebrating the one year anniversary of the One Love Drum and Dance Circle as well as the Autumn Equinox. I hope to see you there dancing or dumming wild and free!

I am also supper excited to share The Dancing Pathâ„¢ will be offering full day workshops of Biodanzaâ„¢ w/Myriam Sophia on Nov 5-7th. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to exp this fun, powerful & transformational dance workshop. It is by far one of my favorite dance practices. It gets you in touch with your inner child in such a deep, fun and profound way.

Lastly I will be offering a JourneyDance in NYC on Sat Oct 9th!

with mini massage & reiki sessions available for purchase to

nourish your body, heart and soul!

One Love Drum & Dance Circle is an ecstatic improvisational drum and dance circle where the drummers inspire people to dance spontaneously and ecstatically and the dancers inspire the drummers to drum passionately. One Love provides a sacred place for people to connect, express themselves fully & celebrate life in a healthy, positive, and nurturing way. Participation is encouraged and everyone is welcome to drum and/or dance. Note- Drums will not provided if you would like to drum please bring one.

The night will start with an opening JourneyDance class lead by Trinity. JourneyDance is a powerful, transformational and improvisational dance through your chakras. Following that Toca will lovingly and passionately facilitate the drummers leading the dancers into ecstatic bliss.

Simultaneously during the drum circle in the nirvana chill out lounge- Buddy N. (buddymassages@...) a phenomenal massage therapist will be offering for purchase mini massage and reiki sessions. I highly recommend signing up for a session with him. He is fantastic!

Dancers $15. in adv $20. the day of

Drummers- $10. Please note- Drummers need to bring a drum.

Adv registration is highly recommended.

Drummers may arrive as early as they like and participate in all activities. However, please arrive by 7:30pm the latest as there will be some drumming during the JourneyDance.

Biodanzaâ„¢ literally means- The Dance of Life. It is a transformational system of human development that uses: dance, emotions, music, and group exercises to foster a deep sense of connection with ourselves and others. The practice of Biodanza empowers us to move towards our full human potential.

What are the benefits of Biodanza- Participants frequently report leaving a workshop feeling happy, relaxed and in a better willingness to communicate with other people. There is also a major biochemical and neurological rebalancing that takes place within the body all towards a sense of well being. For many people, these changes progressively lead towards profound changes in their lives.

Myriam Sofia is an international Biodanza facilitator, didactic Biodanza teacher and the director of the Columbian School of Biodanza, Myriam Sofia is also an expert in bioenergetics, quantum techniques and has over 20 years of experience in the human development training process.
