Guest guest
Monitor your saliva pH during this, Tim. It may tell you more. Anne I'm feeling a hell of a lot better I have felt so much better since I started on the Chilton plan I actual painted two rooms in my house yesterday. I have not had the over acidic feeling of burning nor the depression and pain. I am sleeping better and waking up without the (oh god just take me now) feeling. I have eliminated much of the foods that contain high amounts AA (Arachidonic Acid)which is a large part of this researchers research ( finding out the AA content foods acrossed the spectrum of foods. Chilton's diet is very diverse with many foods you would not expect to be able to eat on diet. I am very impressed with the results so far but I still have a long way to go. I won't go as far as to say it's a cure, but anything that works well is worth looking at. I am keeping a daily journal so I can note the process and the progress. I am seeing this Doctors /researchers work on the main stream media now, where the host of some of these morning shows are talking about the research and talking about it's health benefits. I also am no longer taking large doses of pain meds I used to take Tramadol 50mg up to eight a day just to take the edge off along with Nsaids and now I only take one to two a day and maybe some alieve at night. If this continues to be the case I will be thrilled. Stress is still a factor/ trigger but that is because of the times we live in. I truly believe that if Dr Chilton research it true that we will think of many medical conditions we once treated or believe we were treating correctly will be old technology. So for what it's worth I'd hope you'd take a look at this information. It, very well could change the the way Doctors look and treat all the major disease that seem to be prevalent in the industrialized nations. like Heart disease, Arthritis, Diabetes, Obesity, and Fibro too etc. Best Nohype3 PS.. I am not affiliated with Dr Chilton's research groups or any of the groups that promote this research.

Guest guest
Hi, . You are right. I called Dr. 's office and they are just swamped over. He is not accepting new patients right now. They are looking for another good Physician's Assistant to help take some of Dr. 's load. When they find one, then they will be able to accept new patients again. Thanks for letting me know! Guest guest
Hi, I am usually a lurker on this group. I have most likely had CF/FM all my adult life, really bad for the last 10 years. I have ordered Dr Chilton's newest book. I want to compare his diet with what I have been doing for the last 3 years. I have been on a gluten-free, low starch and low sugar diet. I try to follow the SCD diet. Please check out the book " Breaking the vicious cycle. " My pain is about 90% gone. I still have some fatigue, but I can how work and I can garden. My life is coming back to me, but not the same as it was. I am still troubled with brain fog, it is not as bad. Any brain fog is too much. I think my thinking would improve more if I was stricter with the diet. It is hard to follow a strict diet when everyone around you does not believe you are sick. I wonder about CF/FM really being Celiac disease. Celiac disease does not have to be an IBS type of disease. I have had unbearable muscle pain, stiffness, kidney pain, headaches and a dead-brain for years. Is the doctor's diet grain free? That would be a gluten-free diet and would help if one had undiagnosed Celica's. Or maybe the diet is working because I am accidentally limiting my Arachidonic Acid input. I can't wait until the book arrives. Also, please look into Celica disease/gluten intolerance and let me have you opinions. I will relate mine on the book. Thank's for the info. Sharing ideals is the only way we can achieve help and relief from this horrible disease that no one really believes in (or at least no I really cared about does).
