This may seem like a stupid question, so please be patient...I'm still

learning.

Zinc - Do most give at night or in the am? I know Dr JM has recommended

giving the Zinc mono at night before bed. We just made a switch from

Kirkmans liquid zinc which our DAN had told us to give in the am

because it would help with focus & attention. We just purchased VRP

Zinc Monomethionine the same product Dr. JM recommended for giving in

the evening. So, I'm a little confused. When should I give it..Any

thoughts?

Either will work-we actually still use this and do it AM and PM... it

is best given away from some of the other nutrients you may be using

and that is why Dr. JM suggested bedtime most likely.

that's the one I recall off-hand but you might want to check CSB or

old posts to see if it is the only one.
