I have a 102-year old aunt who is in a nursing home in the St. Louis area. She is just amazing--has a fantastic memory. When I call her monthly, she and I laugh almost constantly. I also have a 100-year aunt in Nashville. These aunts are the wives of my father's brothers. I am very familiar with East Alton, IL. I am glad that you visited the web site for The Vest. If you want to relax using the vest, just turn the frequency down low and it is relaxing--almost like those beds that they used to have in motels that you put a quarter in and it made the bed vibrate.
