Guest guest
AWAKEN TO POSSIBILITY WITH A POCKET ALTAR Just as the snow melts to reveal the awakening life underneath, in the springtime we too begin to awaken to possibility and the joy of living. In this workshop, we will take time to honor, celebrate, and nurture our creative longings. We will step out of our busy day-to-day for a time, slow down, tune in and experience a taste of what is possible. Through guided imagery and gentle movement we will center our minds and bodies. Once the ideas start to flow we will create a traveling pocket altar using collage, items found in nature, recycled/altered objects, embellishments, beads, buttons, etc. Supplies for creative altars are included. If you wish, you are also invited to bring meaningful items from home to further personalize your altar. Brunch foods and refreshments are also included.A few yoga mats will be available. However, if you are able to supply your own yoga mat/blanket, please do. Dress comfortably for gentle movement.
