Guest guest
Hello Lyn what a lot of wonderful news, and oh, so pleased you both had such lovely momentos times with family, you are so lucky it was so good. But then again, doesn,t it feel good to just do something different than the every day stuff. Just shows how much happiness, keeping busy, feeling good about things, has to do with our health. Sometimes we get so cought up in our illness we get almost lost in it, and we miss out on so much. Also we tend to let the illness take over. One good thing to remember is , once you seem a lot better and able to enjoy things, keep a routine of the good healthy stuff like ( eating, drinking, and enjoying),If it becomes routine, then you don,t get caught up in or get in the rut of your ill health, it just seems to blend in, and you can start to as they say " take time to smell the roses " . Mind you, I had to have a really close friend, remind me of this re work, this week. Wow, I am so happy for you, keep it up now, positively well.. Hope you have as lovely a New Year celebration time. and a wonderful 2005. Since moving to Q, land from , I don,t have oxygen at home, although sometimes wish I did.
