BeiYin: I agree with you. What do you mean by 'proper education'?

Where should this education come from? In the first place from

yourself. Right?

How do you think you will find out which are the habits you need to

change? ALL habits for sure you need not to change, there are habits

which are useful and make daily life easier. Habits help not to forget

what is good to do regularly. So what is necessary is to change habits

which are harmful to one's system or the surrounding. Now, how can one

find out which habit is damaging and which is useful? We are even not

conscious about many habits that they are habits, so we can't even

think about them if they might cause disease.

Without doubt one's habits take part of the cause of disease, but

believing that changing all one's habits then one will be cured seems

to be too simple. In deed it is much more complex.

BeiYin: Yes, stress is another cause for disease and in the case of FM

pain is one of the results. Now, why there is stress? This has not so

much to do with one's habits but with one's attitudes.

Has your attitude towards life has changed during your life? So there

has been always stress and this stress has accumulated up to the point

when the system couldn't cope with it any longer and so it opened a

valve on another level, trying to balance the system: Disease

appeared.

It is not the question of 'improving one's physical health'. The

question is to start a healing process which includes the entire

being. To which belongs the physical, the emotional, the mental and

the spiritual. Are you emotional in balance? Are you mentally in

balance? What do you have realized spiritually as an integrated part

in your daily life?

Probably the spiritual part is lacking. I see 'disease' and especially

Fibromyalgia as a challenge and call to integrate real spirituality.

What this means we probably have to talk quite a lot about...

> Penny: I need to change the way I eat, my reaction to stress, my

> sensitivites,...

BeiYin: There are enough information about alimentation available and

also at my Web site. There is a lot information about it in all

aspects. It might not be easy for every body to follow a healthy way

of eating, but this is the easiest part of the work which has to be

done.

When you write you need to change your reaction to stress, what does

this mean to you? You mean you want to deal better with stress? Does

this mean that you want to manipulate yourself in a way that you can

deal better with it? Are you trying to do the same as with every thing

which is disturbing you?

Isn't 'stress' a reaction by itself? So then wouldn't it be more

direct to avoid stress or if this is not possible because it is an

unconscious reaction, so it is necessary in the first place to find

out what is causing this reaction. This might have many different

reasons. Probably your habits are a cause. Also your attitudes, your

goals, your expectations, etc. If you REALLY want to change something

and not only going into a game with yourself (sorry for being so

direct), then you will need to work quite a lot and for sure this will

not be comfortable...

> Penny: [i need to change]... some of the people around me (not my husband or

> daughter).

BeiYin: Does this mean you want to change the people around you? Isn't

this what every body is trying? Instead of changing oneself. I guess

you don't mean this because by now you will know that this is not

possible although it is common. Probably you mean that you want to

avoid some people around you because they are causing reactions within

you with which you don't want to deal.

Well, there is quite a lot to say about this.

So why you are reacting in a negative way on some people around you?

What is causing these reactions? You are giving the fault for your

reactions to those people? And by avoiding them you think you free

yourself?

Then you are wasting a great opportunity. Because the fact that you

are reacting can tell you a lot about yourself - if you are willing

and ready for it. Your reaction is telling all about yourself. About

your program, your background structure. If you are able to allow and

accept your reactions, - not fighting or avoiding them - then you can

do a step towards more awareness and self knowledge.

You may see it all in a positive way and so avoid stress. Be thankful

that you have the opportunity to react and so to clear up. People give

you this opportunity and you can trust that you are surrounded just by

the right people. (I know this is not easy to take). And then when you

are clear about your reaction and where it comes from, then you don't

need some of the people anymore and they probably will disappear by

themselves or they will not be disturbing you anymore because you

don't need to react on them.

Why do you think people are separating from one partner and then they

marry the next which is a duplicate of the one they had before?

>Penny: I am fortunate to have the resources that I can do this.

BeiYin: Yes, your resources give you power and makes it possible that

you more likely able to manipulate things, but do you believe this

makes it easier that you change yourself? For sure not. In no way the

material aspect or position makes any difference in your attitude

toward life, people around you or to yourself. If the material aspect

has such an importance, then this might be a key to find out about

your disease...

> Penny: I believe this is an excellent forum for change. God Bless,

BeiYin: We will see... It totally depends on the readiness of the

participants, what means the evolutionary development of their

personalities.
