I am going to try the Calms Forté™ that was recommended. Hi, I wanted to tell you that I tried the Calms Forte and last night was the first. I slept all night except to go pee one time but went back to sleep. Its not expensive and it says you can take 1 to 3 a night and you take it one houre before bed. It did not make me go to sleep like the Elavil did and I did not even know I took it in the morning. So try it. I am anxious to see what the second night will be like! Let me know! Guest guest
Sleep is so important that I braved traffic and fog and mist to go to Wal-Mart. Of course it was full of crazy last minute shoppers. I bought the Calms Forté™. It took me forever to find it, I guess because it was in a tiny box, anyway I took two last night and I slept so,so. I am not discouraged. I will try again tonight. I woke up at 3 but was able to go back to sleep right away. I got up at 7 and I don’t feel groggy like I do with the Benadryl. I actually would suggest trying it like MsHound said it is not expensive. I too appreciate people taking the time to post about this. I know time is precious. I would kill for a solution to good sleep!!! LOL

I would kill for a solution to good sleep!!! Hi , Try it aain tonight. I have to be honest with you though, the first night I took it it worked great for me and like I said I do not wake up groggy with it. But last night I took it and I was awake two hours later and then could not go back to sleep and then when I did I slept for about 4 hours. I do not feel as rested as I did the first night. Do let us know how you make out! > LOL > > > >
