Yes you can give probiotics at the same time as Diflucan. However if you use a " natural " antifungal such as Grapefruit Seed Extract, Oil of Oregano, etc I would still play it safe and give probiotics apart from the natural antifungals. This is because many of the naturals have antibacterial properties as well. Personally, whenever my son is on Vanco, I mix his probiotics with water and sneak in at night before I go to bed and syringe them in. That way he got his last vanco dose at bed time but then the probiotics still have much of the night to repopulate his gut.
