Guest guest
Hello I began ALA Chelation on the 1st July. I feel its working as on Monday i didnt take any (got back from holiday and left it in the wrong house!) I am taking it in flaxseed oil. I am taking Holland and Barretts Flaxseed oil brand. It includes amongst other things 1,200mg of ALA. Is this the right dose for a 27 year old aspie? I;ve heard it can increase copper levels? Would taking 1/2 pack of brazil nuts (high in selenium) per day be enough to displace the copper? Once i take my ALA i find i fall asleep within 30 mins of it. Is this expected from this product? I am taking it with my 5HTP as i find it helps me to fall asleep quicker. I am experiencing double vision when reading. I have visual dyslexia but its never been this bad before. Should i be worried? Could this suppliment react with a different one? Is the fact that im taking 1,000mg fish oils mean that im having too much EPA? What about omega 9? Should i be taking that as well? If so where could i find that? Im hoping to find it in foods if possible. is (whose not sure if she should increase her No-fenol to 2 scoops a day instead of 1 1/2)
