Read " Memory Keeper's Daughter " . It is about that very subject. Not

sure if you are looking for historical (with hard core facts) this

isn't that, but this will give you an idea of what it was like.

Missy,

Memory Keeper's Daughter was a AWESOME book - one of the very few books that

I have read multiple times and enjoyed more each time.
