Guest guest
Interesting and yet worrying. When it comes time for us to either go on dialosis, or if we need a transplant, those people taking the pills will make it hard for us to get the services we need. Not very impressed. I realise that everyone is worried right now, but pescribing yourself drugs has never been a good idea. On the other hand, maybe if a greater pecentage of the population had some form of kidney diesease, the amount of research dollars would most likly increase. I naturally hope that more research is done, but not because nervos people perscribed themselves drug to prevent Anthrax.

The main point I wanted to make was to caution people about taking Norafloxin. When I took it, it caused me to be jittery, unable to sleep, pain in the kidneys, decreased output, and considerable edema. The last 3 seemed to be that my kindeys were being damaged. I went back to the neph and he changed my prescription to something else. If anyone here is prescribed Norafloxin, I would advise you to be on the lookout for these kidney-related side effects.
