Hi again,

Here are a couple more that I am not sure on the tapes that are fading in and

out.

The pt does have gastroesophageal reflux, which was demonstrated on an upper

endoscopy that showed 1+ esophagitis *pangastritis*. I cannot verify this and

it definitely does not sound like " and*.

This is in the impression.

History of reactive airway disease, from the patient's report, most likely

seasonal allergic asthma. I mainly need to know if this makes sense since the

doc is hesitating a lot here and I am not sure if seasonal asthma can be

associated with reactive airway disease.
