Australia is a nice place, doesnt deserve Mr M Send him to the ish island I used to live on - we couldnt get a mobile phone signal and there are no newspapers unless you catch two ferries to buy one. me here: presumably there are no AS living there, if there was they would catch two ferries and buy a weeks worth of newspapers so they would know the news before it happened.

althou i never saw or watched a TV until i was 9.

first time i watched a telly it was just static and audio...i was fascinated by this invention that made noise.

hi There were Aspies infiltrating Orkney - do you remember me telling you about the Aspieville situation? Where the local paper said there was an 'epidemic' of autism? Because of the number of boffins and their AS kiddies moving to the islands for the nautical engineering, oil, fuel sciences and nuclear energy jobs there were more AS children to the square mile than in an average town. Ian loved it on the island because he had a captive audience of locals for his stories and wit, and because it was calm and isolated. He liked fetching the water and sitting in the dark when the Hydro went off for hours at a time.
