Guest guest Posted June 28, 2007 Report Share Posted June 28, 2007 I see in the photo files a child named that has photo's of a rash that looks very much like my child's rash was like these past few weeks... I think it was put in by adoptinggrace (?) ... Did you ever decide what caused that?? My sons was all over his left side of his face, down his neck and onto his chest. His pediatrician said it looked like shingles ... but that he doubted if it was because it was across more than one neuron ... Another doctor said it acted like a mild cases of measles ... but didn't look like them ... another said it definately wasn't fungal but didn't know what the heck it was ... and yet another suggested perhaps a food allergy???? Anyhow it seem to respond to the antiviral medication as it is getting better ... but I was just curious if you knew what caused this child's rash.
