Guest guest
Hi, The doctor is fading in and out a lot on the tapes today. Here are a couple of things that I can't quite make out. 1. Of note is that the pt had *multilobar* pnuemonia in 1997. A ____ostopy failed to isolate any organism. (any clues?) 2. Her angiotensin converting enzyme level was slightly elevated at 56. An *ophthalmologic* (?) examination was negative. Does this make sense? Thanks for any help.
