Guest guest
Our DAN Dr. had my son take prevacid along with flagyl & amoxicillin to combat clostridia. The Prevacid alters the stomach acid ph and helps the medicines to work better and possibly help with the burning on the other end. This was a 14 day treatment. I have seen Dr. McCandless treat for 10 days then let the spores hatch (I think 4 days) and then hit them again. We noticed some really nice gains after this round of gut bug clearing. My son (2y/o at the time) also had H. pylori. I never would have thought all those bugs were lurking in there until we did the tests. Good luck, Nora > My 3 year old tested positive for clostridium, so our DAN doctor put > the whole family on metronidazole (10 days for the boys, 3 days for > parents).
