Hello everyone,

Has anyone heard anything about the Methyl B12 cream that Springboard For

Health offers? Here's the link:

http://www.springboard4health.com/store/more_b12_transdermal.html

The ingredients are:

Deionized Water, Polyacrylamide, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Caprylic/Capric

Triglyceride, Laureth 7, Lecithin, Phenoxyethanol, Alcohol, Lemon Verbena

Oil, Phospholipids, Methylcobalamin.

I don't know how well it would be absorbed or if some of the ingredients

are not the best (as in somewhat toxic). I've been looking up the

ingredients, but I don't know enough about biochemistry to have an idea of

how effective it might be. The description states:

Until now costly intramuscular injections of B-12 have been the only

solution to ensure absorption of methylcobalamin in the brain due to the

malabsorption issues of the G.I. tract. However, a Transdermal B-12

Methylcobalamin will by-pass the G.I. tract and absorb cutaneously into the

skin: a simple, cost-effective way to ensure total neurological absorption.

1/8 of a teaspoon everyday on the thin skin of the inside arm is an

adequate amount that can be immediately absorbed into the body.

I'm trying to find a good solution for methyl B12 that doesn't require a

prescription--cream, nasal spray, etc. 'Feel free to send responses

directly to my main email address, which is:

Thanks in advance! :-)
