Guest guest
Personally I would suggest trying a food-based B complex as the bioavailability is so much better. Perhaps could cause less side effects as well. I have used Kirkmans for a long time but lately have been transitioning to some of the products by New Chapter which does all food-derived products. I like them alot and I use less. They make a B complex that I like.( I do also add in P5P from Kirkmans though as there is no P5P in it.) Anyway, these are also less bitter than the synthetic products so I find easier to get them accepted by my kids. You can buy at Wild Oats, they stock the entire line. ps also-I am figuring she is on the diet- it really helps to limit the rice and potato carbs as much as possible and push whole fruit/whole veggie/meats/eggs. that's so much better for GI kids. > > My grandchild is 3,3 yeas old and she is autistic child.
