Guest guest
We tried it for 1 month and noticed nothing... might try again at a later date. We are using PCA-rx and have been seeing positive results with this product. http://ssl.maxamlabs.com/MAXAM_ASP_Home.asp Nora > does anyone know anything about this product? Guest guest
Ellen -- Zeolites, sold under the product name NCD by the company Waoira, is one of those pyramid sales set ups. I want to say that I am NOT a distributor. That being said, I have bought the product and have been giving it to my son for around 8 weeks. It's a liquid, and it's advised to start giving the product 1 drop 3x a day and work up. I'm currently at 12 drops 3x a day. If you go to Brainchild's website, Lang has devised a detoxification protocol using zeolites. On the home page in the upper left, I believe, you can click on it and read quite a bit of information. There is also a yahoo chatroom for the product, but I can't recall offhand what it's called. Obviously information on the chatroom is biased, but it's information nonetheless. My DAN doctor uses NCD in between rounds of chelation. We aren't using NCD as an alternative to chelation; we are using it until we are able to start chelation and will use it in addition to chelation. My son is definitely toxic, and I'm hoping we can start chelation soon. As for changes in my son, we feel it has made a difference. This is always a difficult thing for me to talk about because I do so many things for my son that I can't ever be 100 percent sure what's making the difference or possibly what combination of things are making a difference. With that caveat, I will share that Zach began playing more within 24 hours of giving this product. To be specific, he started putting people in a car and rolling the car up and down the hallway. He hadn't done this for probably a year. He also spontaneously went into his room and began to appropriately play with his basketball hoop. He began to throw balls. As the weeks have gone on, he has shown interest in tricycle type toys and is playing with dolls again. Zach's receptive language has also increased and he's following commands better. For example, previously it was a struggle to get Zach to show me a body part and now he immediately points to his head, nose, tummy, etc. The product seems to have helped us in some way. That being said, however, we're prepping for chelation, because I don't believe that clinical evidence has been presented by the company or anyone else that significant pulls of metals are being produced using this product alone. Don't quote me on that, as I don't have time to research everything, but the lack of evidence has been a discussion on their board and debate between chelators and NCDers. Guest guest
They have been taking a very long time to get the recruits for this study, and since our preminent Dr. Boyd Haley told us this stuff could not work as they say and might even be dangerous, many of us (including me) are waiting for the results of the study. Early on I tried Chelsey and a few others with no reaction, but I do hear reports from moms who say their child is benefitting, and Chelsey admittedly is not generally a great responder to much of anything. I tend to avoid anything that is MLM because a lot of $ tends to be spent on hype rather than research, they are expensive, and those selling them of course find it hard to be objective. For me it is wait and watch and see. Dr. JM --- lori eller wrote: > I went to a support group and learned that they are > having a study done w/this zeolyte w/autistic > children.
