Guest guest
I find myself wondering why cranberry capsules won't work. Can't help but wonder if the doc has a peer-reviewed citation to that effect. ???
Guest guest
said> I find myself wondering why cranberry capsules won't work> , When I asked about capsules - he said that she needed the fluid as well as the cranberries. I know our daughter has very concentrated urine. She's not a big water drinker at all. She WILL drink very sugary juices such as apple and grape. He said that grape juice is not good for the crystals in her urine. Apple juice makes her yeasty. I guess I wasn't expecting his answer on all of this. When I asked how long she needed a pint of cranberry juice - he said every day for the rest of her life. So, I guess I better find something that she will tolerate. Guest guest
My 3 year old has issues with oxalates and stevia is very high. It makes her hands swell up so much that her thumb cracks. Guest guest
Tracey, Thank you so much for the info. We're trying to avoid oxalates as much as possible. I'll have to search and see if there are other natural sweeteners. Or, I may have to go to cranberry capsules and do the best I can. Guest guest
Stevia definitely doesn't have corn in it. My son reacts very strongly to corn, but doesn't have a problem with stevia, as long as it is pure powder with nothing added. The liquid has grape fruit or grape seed exctract and he did react to that. Viola --------------------------------- We won't tell. Get more on shows you hate to love (and love to hate): Yahoo!
