Guest guest
Sorry, I bumped the send on my nifty new keyboard. I look back at my longish life and see where the changes happened. From my vantage now, they are seamless, but they certainly weren't when they happened. Most of my real "changes" seemed to have happened when I found my own truth and spoke it. That gets easier to do as we age, I think. And maybe we speak our truths as children, but we lose the knack somewhere after puberty and it takes time to get it back. Like Alice, I've got plenty of snow. And if any of you saw pictures of the horrendous gridlock traffic in the snow storm that hit the Boston area yesterday, I can speak truth about it. Ha! I had to go into Boston (35 miles from me) to give my final exams at The Boston Conservatory. I left school at three o'clock, and a trip that normally would take about 55 minutes took me five and half HOURS. Drivers on my stretch of Massachusetts roads were very decent, but it did seem strange to be in a creeping line of cars and to put my car in "park," get out, clean off the windshield and start off again. No honking horns, no angry voices -- we were all doing the same thing. Happy holiday greetings to all. phoebe *********************************** Coming February 2008: JEMMA 7729 from EDGE Science Fiction & Fantasy Publishing The future is not what you expect! www.phoebewray.net Member of Broad Universe: www.broaduniverse.org Proud member of RED SOX NATION! ************************************ **************************************See AOL's top rated recipes (http://food.aol.com/top-rated-recipes?NCID=aoltop00030000000004)
