Intrathecal space entered on first attempt. 2 ml clear free flowing CNS fluid obtained. 20 mg ARA-C/50 mg (s/l syucortef or cyucortef) in preservative free normal saline instilled through a freely flowing system. 2. s/l antiphosphal antibody for hypercoaguable work-up. 3. It's a hydrocortisone powder that is mixed with in this case Saline for steroid injection. #3 is correct. It is an antianxiety agent. Sorry I can't help with #2.
