Colleges for Students with MDS

Does anyone have a child with MDS (or DS) or know of a student with MDS/DS who

has had a successful experience at a regular residential college or university?

( " Successful " meaning they got a degree or achieved what it was they wanted to

in college.) If so, would you be willing to share the name of the college? We

are beginning to look for places that might be welcoming and supportive for my

daughter, who will be a senior in HS next year. Thanks.

[i know Lee got a degree in recreational therapy or PE or the like at a

college in Iowa. And I know of other people with DS who have gotten associate

degrees at community colleges.)
