a what part of FL. do you live in? IM ready for some of your recipes if

you are still willing to share still doing good some stiffness in hands but

still medicine free and pain free.I do belive the diet is keeping this under

control.

Thank you so much for all the information. As I do not know about any of

which you talk about, you sound like you know of what you are speaking. I

(partly

because I live in Florida and have been through last years hurricanes) keep

extra non perishables in the house and plan on stocking up. My hubby laughs and

says I am a worry wart but hey, I have 3 little ones to feed. As adults we can

go without but not our kids.

I too hope this does not come to pass but I must say all that has been

happening in the world really frightens me. And just looking at this terrible

natural disaster just shows that no one is safe.
