Guest guest
Sue, Congrats on your weight loss! Wow, 9lbs in 2 weeks? You'll be hitting that 15lb loss before 1-1-04! I'll be praying for you and your family! It sounds like you have alot going on. Hopefully your back will heal, did you ever get the biopsy results back? I'm sorry to hear how badly your dad is reacting to the chemo. It is always difficult. Hopefully your brother will be fine, just really *really* busy with everyday life. Hope your trip today went well and you were able to get lots of $.99 patterns! a

I have been losing sleep over my 16 year old niece, heading off next week to CD treatment. All that worry puts a cloud over everything. You have proven that hard times don't make us overeat, though. If your dad is tough like you, my thought is he will weather it. Kim _________________________________________________________________ Get McAfee virus scanning and cleaning of incoming attachments. Guest guest
Yes , you can do it for 15 minutes. If not then do 10:) You're right....we arent perfect. But let me tell you, I felt great restraint tonight. We was out shopping and starved to death. The girls wanted Cici's Pizza. I chose this really huge salad with lots of veggies lke Brocolli and tomatoes and a little lite dressing. Yes I also got pizza and bread sticks but I actually enjoyed the salad first. I made myself eat the whole salad before allowing myself to eat even a bite of pizza or breadsticks. As a result I wasnt hungry much after that big salad so I only had very little pizza and cheese sticks. I walked out of that place full, satified and pleased with myself. I wish everyday was as good:) So go ahead. Do as much exercise as you can. Whether it be 5 minutes or 25 minutes. You'll be glad you did:) Happy Happy Friday!!! I am so much better today. It really must have been TOM that was depressing me. I'm doing good foodwise too. I had a smoothie with fresh bananas, Strawberries that I froze and 1% milk It was so good I had to share it with the babies! For lunch I am having a whole can of Wolfgang Puck's soup @ 280 cal and 10 fat it's not too bad...I may throw in a half a sandwich if I am still hungry. Dinner will be porkchops and low fat noodles and Green beans YUM! I am gonna try to get in 16 min of exercise again. It's been so long since I have I'll bet I can't do the 30+ min I had worked up to. BUT I will NOT beat myself up for it. I am human and imperfect. Yes, I fell off the wagon but I can choose to get back on it! I can do anything for 15 minutes. Babysteps, Babysteps. Blessed be, P.S. does anyone here do FlyLady? She is a big source of encouragement.

Guest guest
I got just the book. I bought it on ebay for less (total price incl shipping) than price (not incl shipping) on her website. I did not get the journal, I am thrifty by nature and souldn't see spending the money on something I could do myself. I probably won't get the cd but I DO want the duster, THAT"S on my wish list. Guest guest
Funny you asked. Before Vacation I went to and asked for it. They said it is do to be released Jan 7th. Must be paperback. So I thought I will get sink reflections. NOPE none left. So I may try to get it from library. Where did you get your copy? NH... Guest guest
I got my Sink Refelections from a Library Guild store and the Body Clutter from Ebay. Sink Relections saved my life. The verdict is still out on Body Clutter though I haven't read that much of it. The missions she has you do is really hard! Blessed be, Re: Happy Friday! Funny you asked.
