Guest guest
Deborah Cazden: It was good to hear from you. Thank you for the wonderful job you did summarizing the symptoms associated with two of the most important mycotoxins. Air sampling with the windows open ( as you said they did in your home) is blatant fraud. It smells of the Malinda Ballard case......it appears to be intentional and willful disregard for your health and your life. I only take "worst case" samples, which I can do in your case soon, whether I am hired by the plaintiff or defense. I hope you have the very best toxic tort attorney in the US.....if not then let me know, I work with the best. As for paying you when an attorney marks your summaries as exhibits in one of my depositions: I am paid for my time, never for my testimony or any supporting data to support my opinions. I can request that the attorneys who hire me as an expert witness in mold poisoning cases pay you a royalty for the use of your summaries. Maybe one of the experienced toxic tort attorneys could tell me if it is illegal, or maybe unethical, to pay someone for the use of their summaries by an expert witness during a deposition. I am not sure because in my 30 years testifying in a court room, the subject never came up. I will tell you what I can do.....I can serve at a greatly reduced fee as an expert witness in your lawsuit, but I have been told by an extremely smart law professor, my wife, that I cannot testify for you for free with the understanding that I will be paid if you win. ( I am sure the attorneys monitoring this site can tell you why ). I will try to figure out some way to help you, ie attorneys hiring you to do the literature research for their cases.....or Kathy Reilly, RN paying you a speakers fee out of registration fees for an upcoming seminar for MD's...... or Dr. Gunner Heuser paying you to edit a paper on 26 mold poisoned victims in Calif that he and I are working on...............etc. DR.
