Guest guest
Both my sons do this. I think they are trying to get their days straightand figuring out why daddy works on some days, but not others.. Then if daddy takes a day off, they really start to wonder. I think it is a precursor to learning days of the week and Monday thru Friday we have school and Saturday & Sunday we don't. They are so cute and they do grow up very fast. It is hard to believe my son with MDS will be *8* soon. And I can tell he is growiing into a little man. I know this sounds odd, but a lot of the disabilities I thought he had have disappeared as he ages. (I do not know if that makes sense or portrays what I am trying to say, but it is almost as if no one ever told me had DS, then I would just think he is a typical boy with speech apraxia.)<--- He definitely gets into everything and wants to see how it all works!!! > > > Subject: Brags and celebrations > To: MosaicDS > Date: Thursday, May 12, 2011, 5:19 PM > > Â > > Hi eveyone, > > There has been a lot of serious discussion back and forth lately which is all fine, but i thought lets lighten things up a bit and share some brags and achievements of our kids. I think we need to do this more! Let's celebrate the recent achievements and milestones of our amazing children! > > I'll start. Kira just turned six months (how did that happen so fast?) she started army crawling 3 weeks ago. This week she has started getting up on all fours. She also said " dada " to my husband 3 times last week beautiful moments. She went under water in swimming class this week and loved it! > > Lpoking forward to hearing about what everyone else is doing > > , alex and Kira (6 months, mds) > >
