Tess, Chassidy took aerobics as her kinesiology for next year, as she

thought ROPES might be a bit much. Just to let you know what you have

accomplished " FYI " - she runs 2 miles every day, does pilates, lifts

weights, is a size 3 with 6 pack abs. I am SO proud of you! you GO

girl!

and with a partner. I also climbed a rope ladder, with help, 35 feet

up a tree onto a little (I mean LITTLE) platform, then jumped off

hooked to a zip line and I zooooomed 400 feet through the glorious

forest!

take a day or two for the achiness to arrive. I hiked more than I

have hiked in 30 years. I was with a group of 7 other bariatric

surgery friends, so this was a very big step for us all. It was a

remarkable time together! I feel peaceful, and reflective...and

don't have the words to fully describe the experience. I was blessed.
