Guest guest Posted August 31, 2005 Report Share Posted August 31, 2005 hi everyone well i am 34 and i have ra i was told i had it 4 years ago but i think that i have had it longer then that i have had pain and swelling sence i was a teenager. but i finally got a dr. that tested me for it and then i'm with my second rumy now the first one said that i was fine and to go home after months of injections and then he retired so know i have a new one and he is doing testing to see if he can put me on mtx and it is scarry for me because i have 2 kids 11 and 7 years and 3 step kids 13,12,11 years and well i also work st a vets office i'm the holder for treatments and shots but the sideaffects scare me about this but i'm willing to give it a try as long as everything is good in my blood. well i'm sorry that i'm going on and on but i'm in so much pain right now i cann't stand it. i go to my regular dr today and i'm going to see if he can get me any pain relef or should i talk to my rumy???? melissa Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
