Guest guest
That is so wonderful that the schools have worked with Craig. He got his MBA what an accomplishment. You are right about her boss. He treats her so badly and I get annoyed at her for taking it. She does have to get another job, she needs to be in a law firm doing her clerk work. So if she could just find another job but that is easier said than done. I think if we can get past this and on to a schedule she will be okay. I am not happy with all the driving she has to do but that is just one of the prices that come with this. She has wanted to do this for a long time. At the school they couldn't have been nicer. Today they told her, she can take the test whenever. Instead of taking the pretest, she will just meet with the teacher. That will be good for Laurie. Say a prayer it all works out. Thank you for your note and encouragement. I think as kids get older it gets harder to be a mom. Lynn June Dixon wrote: > Lynn, I am sorry you had to have all this upset as well as your daughter. The symptoms described sounds to me like anxiety attacks. There was a period in my life where I went through the same thing. I think her nasty mgr is jealous that she has the brains and probably he would never in a million years be able to succeed in law. Too bad Laurie can't find another job, is this a possibility? I have personally found that the schools (universities) will do everything they can to accommodate a student. One of my grandsons suffers with ADD and the university he attended went out of their way to help. Since Craig has always had a problem focusing, they offered to let him write exams in a separate room with just a few students that had various health problems. That is just one of the many things they offered. Last year he graduated with his MBA. I believe if Laurie explains her problem with shaking, problems breathing etc. the school will offer her whatever she needs. > > I am no doctor but it sure sounds like Laurie had an anxiety attack.
