Lumps on fingers from RA ?

I'd like to ask if any of you have " lumps " on your

fingers and have beent old it is from the RA? I have

them on my right hand mostly, I have been peeling them

off, and they come right back. At first my doctor said

it is from the RA, then when my bloodwork came back

and it was ok, I asked, then if I do not have RA, what

are these lumps you told me was from the RA?, she then

said they are caused from Osteoarthritis. I'm

confused, and seriously dont think I have

osteoarthritis after reading the posts on it. The

lumps themselves are not painful, unless I pick them

off too much, but the joints are tender. Thanks,
